Information submitted through our forms is stored in a MongoDB Atlas database and is accessible only to authorized MakeUForward team members through a password-protected admin dashboard. 4. Cookies
The public Site does not use marketing or advertising tracking cookies. Our admin dashboard uses a single essential session cookie to keep authorized team members signed in — this is not used to track visitors and is not accessible outside the admin area. If you book a call through the Calendly widget embedded on our Site, Calendly may set its own cookies, governed by Calendly's privacy policy.
5. Third-Party Services
We work with a small number of trusted third-party service providers to run the Site:
- MongoDB Atlas — database hosting for form submissions and lead records.
- Cloudinary — image hosting for content published on the Site (blog covers, portfolio images).
- Calendly — call scheduling widget.
- Hosting provider (Vercel) — hosts and serves the Site.
Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policies and security practices.
