Terms of Service

AI Business OS is an internal tool used by MAKEUFORWARD PVT LTD to manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), campaigns, and content on behalf of its clients. Our services include AI-powered SEO, AEO, personal branding, LinkedIn growth strategy, WhatsApp marketing automation, and website development.

By connecting your Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn account, you authorize MAKEUFORWARD PVT LTD to access and manage the specific Pages/accounts you select, for the purpose of content publishing and performance reporting, until you revoke this access.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to grant access to any Page or account you connect. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting your account within our dashboard or through your Facebook/Instagram settings.

Service fees are agreed upon in advance through a separate agreement or invoice. Fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered. MAKEUFORWARD PVT LTD reserves the right to suspend services in case of non-payment.

Content created by MAKEUFORWARD PVT LTD on your behalf becomes your property upon full payment. Our internal tools, templates, workflows, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of MAKEUFORWARD PVT LTD.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, including if we detect misuse. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time by providing 30-days written notice.

The Service is provided "as is." MAKEUFORWARD PVT LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
